Important Things To Note
Space & Parking
Our truck is 28 feet long and 8.5 feet wide with the service window on the passenger size. It is often helpful to have a space marked off for us to park.
Crowd Size & Food Vendors
Please let us know how many people you expect at your event. It is helpful for us to have a minimum and maximum number of attendees expected.
Timing
We normally try to arrive on-site for an event approximately 45-60 minutes in advance. This gives us ample time to park, set up and heat up the waffle irons in time for the start of service.
Gratuity
We charge 15% mandatory gratuity for all catering jobs.
